That last image is a pretty decent Photoshop job. Not like most of them. I had to look close in the large view.

ive been laughin for about 10 minutes at all these pics. frederik...bubble car looks fake, you can see clone stamping to the bottom right of the image...unless its covering up a watermark. I wouldnt put it past someone to make it a reality though!!

Oli, I believe the clone stamp was to remove a watermark.
The Bus Ball was created (from what I have found) by artist Lars-Erik Fisk. He also created the bus ball, barn ball and John Deere ball:
