Weird problem- Pro features missing

We have three network licenses at work and when I helped a college to set it up I get it to work but the Pro features *(Location under Window->ModelInfo->Location for example)*is still missing?
Does anyone know what could be wrong? I've even tried to reeinstall but that doesnt help either.

Are the exporter available (besides the location info - only Win - they are the only pro features).
Haven't you incidentally installed the free version? (Sorry for the stupid question.) The free is about 30 Mb while the pro is about 20 Mb. -
I've come as far as that I know I've installed the Pro version.
There is some problem with it not wanting to use the license file.
The server.dat file pointing to the license file works fine on my machine.
Strange. -
Problem solved. I found that the server.dat file was pointing to the old name of the server.
When I copied the file from my machine it points to the right license file and now it all works.
