Looks really nice! Here are few crits:

        1. The lower brick looks too bright and clean. Try using a stronger bump map for starters.
        2. The whites are a little too white.

Your trees look great except for the one right in the middle. Too dark within the canopy. Are they rendered or done in photoshop? (looks rendered due to shadows on building). What are your material settings for the leaves?

The grass and sidewalk can be improved but it sounds like you're working on that as well. Looking forward to the finished job!

Yes the trees are rendered. All trees are blend material with blend = 1.0
Please give me some ideas on how to enhance the grass and the sidewalk. there are some shrubs and stuff along a small edge as per landscape design. but I am facing difficulty making a more natural transition between the sidewalk to grass. It all looks quite flat.
Rt. now the grass is photoshoped. I did try your blend material from indigo forum, on a small patch, (It looked real nice tough) but to cover up this entire area I'd require atleast 100,000 of those!!!... πŸ˜„

            same building another view angle.
just experimenting with grass and lighting.

with the 'sun and sky' a little atmospheric

Very nice images. I like the first one the best.

              Here are some concrete textures:
