      Hi Guys,

Well, I've been using my Mac now for over 6 weeks and have been putting it through the wringer, lots of downloads, looking / testing lots of programs and other stuff.

To date NOT ONE glitch ! No 'Missing .dll' or Virus warnings. It just works away trouble free. The Dell M90 would have disintegrated ! Also my IT Backup Guy has crossed me off his Christmas Card list ๐Ÿ˜†

I STRONGLY recommend the Mac to anyone that wants a trouble free life and not have to be THAT careful all the time.

I'm also looking forward to Leopard, the new Mac OS which will be here in a few weeks time. Admittedly, Apple have put its delivery date back once (ONLY), due to launch of the iPhone, but we can forgive them for that.

Although I read that the iPhone excuse may not be strictly true ! There is a strong rumour that they wanted to do more work on BootCamp integration ๐Ÿ˜„

I hear ya Mike. I've had my MacPro since December 2006, and I LOVE IT! Like you say - not one glitch.

I like Mac's so much, I bought a Macbook (2.1ghz, 2GB Duo - "white") in June. I got Airport Express too. Awesome.

Now, I have 2 macs and 2 windows machine (well, 3... well, er, 4 but they are usually turned off and are older machines)

        Todd

yay mac..haha.. traded in my g3 iMac (actually, it died) for a 3.0ghz macbook... with boot camp installed... so windows xp pro is on there as well.... best of both worlds.

                Hi Mike,

I've been using Macs & PC's since the mid 80's and have had a better experience with the Mac's (Currently a 17" Macbook Pro & a G5 desktop). When I pull out the little white remote control to operate video in iMovie on my laptop I've had PC laptop users jaws drop.

Still hope to be over in your area sometime for my son(s) Irish Dance Competitions!
