Layer Control skin not working

What do you do when the layer control skin does not display the layer list at the left? Instead of the list there is nothing. My client is not able to see the layer control or tabs at the top for viewports. The model is at:

Watermusic 3 Layer Control is the problem. After reinstalling the HC viewer in both IE and Firefox, the Time Slider version will now work for her but not the Layer Control. She also emptied her cache of internet files, to no avail. The models work fine for me.
Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what the problem can be - I cannot see any layers either (but I cannot see them in the Python Layer control model either).
How about creating scenes for her with controlled visibility of the layers? Would that work?

Thanks for the feedback. It helps to know someone else can't see layers or tabs in the Watermusic model. I'll keep investigating.
Yes, the client said a Time Slider skin did work after she reinstalled the viewer in IE and Firefox. I just need to know if I'm causing the problem by how I'm building the model.

Now all of a sudden I can't see the layer control at the left or the tab control at the top in another Layer Control skin model I did:

This is really strange. It used to work fine. There's nothing that would have changed, as far as I know.
Does anybody else have this problem? Does the above model function okay for anyone? If it comes up as one scene with no tabs or control, that is the problem.

No, I couldn't see the tabs. I cannot imagine what the problem is. Maybe you want to write a PM to Abe Megahed, its developer.

I have contacted Abe and he directed me to a patch. Apparently a new version of Firefox had some incompatible code. The patch fixed it. So I'm a happy camper once again.

Somehow I find it strange that I - as a licensed paying user - don't receive a mail informing me about such updates...

But now I can't log in to get my update... -

Got a quick reply from him, and everything is working now...
