Custom Marker Symbols in ArcMap w/SU

A quick example of how I'm using SU to make custom symbols in ArgMap. I exported some north arrows that Eric Lay did (Boofredlay, thanks for those!) as .bmp files and created new picture marker symbols in the Style Manager. Once they're in as symbols they can be rotated and resized as needed.
This is a great little technique to help make my maps look more conceptual or 'sketchy' when necessary.
