Configure Extensions Button

How about a Configure button in the Extensions dialog?
Oh, and quicker access to the Extensions dialog. Like maybe putting a button on the Standard Toolbar? ( I might write a quickie toolbar. )
I think more people would use the extensions interface if it were more accessible.
And the list of Extensions should be in alphabetical order.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
