Wow. Looks good, although I would suggest using a SSS mat on her skin, especially for this kind of lighting.

        A quick try using Fry-render.
Sheet translucency (sssss) applied to the 'nighties'.
Being somewhat impatient, I killed the render after 6 hours.

        By the way,
Thanks for the kind remarks. 😄

.... Interesting light angle, what time of day is it? as it does not look like the crack of dawn from here.

                  Biebel

What is 'Fry render'? It certainly seems slow, however it did a great job with flooring material. Have you tried this model in Maxwell, Podium or any other app yet?

I woud like to see how the new Podium handles this lighting, I am thinking of recreating a similar scene and testing it...hope you do not mind. (I will post my results in my 'random renders' thread.

                  Thanks

                    Solo,
I will render it in Podium later on and i'll post it here.
Fry Render is a new render package which is very similar to Maxwell but still in beta phase.

                    @Bill,
we're not mean, just "MCP". 😄

Can you share that floor texture? or direct me to the location you acquired it?

                      It is amazing.

                          Hey Bill,

I just noticed something that made me come to the following conclusion:

From now on you have unofficially been promoted to our board moral officer/board alchoholic 😛 every post Ive seen from you today ends with a reference to a beer and drinking it.

So Cheers on the new title!

:egrin: Boy oh boy, a promotion to officer class! Thanks Rob, does that mean that I get a plentiful supply of Speights 3 Star Ale, The Pride of the South? Well I suppose I could say anything but as I haven't been able to afford a beer for a while it must be subconsciously preying on my mind. If it makes you happy I shall desist and say something really cool, like "Have a nice day Sir". Sorry but I don't think it would be safe to put me in charge of morals because it's been a long hard winter here and the women are shopping for running shoes and I'm lurking in the shoe shop. 😒
Keep your bore clean and your powder dry, and lang may your lum reak.
                            Bill.
ps. Thanks for the explanation abt MCP, never really figured out the true meaning of that phrase either, it seems like different women have different interpretations, depending on their state of mind at the time.

Bill, don't change your trademark I love it 😄. I was just messing with you 😛.

And trust me lurking the shoe shop... we do it all though we will never admit it.

                              Cheers! 😉
