Bit per minute script

Hi developer, i was wondering if someone could write a bit per
minute script to control animation (camera position. scenes delay),
on
SketchUp. This will be very helpfull for add and mix audiotrack in
the
animation movie. if someone would talk about it let me know.

I think he means beats per minute. (Like in music.)
