      I started off trying to see if I could replicate the old style roof truss that were common 400 500 years ago. But once I made the trusses and put them on the corbels, I then decided to do the perlins....etc etc

      I have attached some images taken from the model, and I have also put a small animation of it on youtube.

      I've only been using SU for about 2-3 months now, and I'm learning more everyday πŸ˜„

            That is really nice Gary. I like the first one best in part because the "wood" texture doesn't quite work in the 2nd two, but mostly because I love the way the shadows play through the trusses. Sometimes an incomplete building has even more beauty than a finished one.

            Also, it's great to use SU to duplicate designs. That way I find I really understand them.
