Disability issues

Hey all scripters,
I wonder wether changing the colour of the axes is possible. Please, have a look at this thread here (in the "Free Help Groups).

No can do with Ruby. I bet Google would be interested in hearing this feature request.

Thanks Todd - that was going to be my second shot (some feature suggestion).
People with no disabilities can sometimes hardly imagine what kind of issues emerge... -
I would also be very interested in this. I have a odd "color defiencency" that is related to red/green colorblindness. I can generally see pure red and pure green but shades of colors give me fits!

This has little to do with Ruby BUT it might help you...

It seems quite comprehensive and inexpensive... -
Oh TIG, do you seriously mean to use a tool while both of your hands are occupied by either a three button mouse and some (compound) modifier keys during modelling in SU?

Thopugh might be useful for a "simple" user of a computer...

I don't know exactly how this might function - I've never tried it... I suspect that it's only one of many applications that could provide an overlay 'screen' that otherwise doesn't interfere with the main app' [much] as you use it, so that colours could be [re]set so they are perceptible to users with such problems...
If it doesn't exist it should be invented - I don't think it's a necessity for SketchUp or Windows BUT 3rd party developers could make something that fills that gap ?

Yeah, I just revised the whole site and the "tour" and thinking of how it may work, well, it may indeed. Maybe I post this to the guy at the free forums.
Thank you very much!
