I started up SU after a couple weeks of not using it and now for some reason or another when I pan or rotate or anything using the mouse and shift button combined (or sometimes when using the actual tools) it gets insanely jumpy and the screen starts moving around erratically.
Has anyone else had this problem? Im about to reinstall SU, but I figured i would share this with you guys to see if im alone in this issue or not.

A specific issue is when I click the middle mouse button (the scroll wheel) it jumps in even intervals moving the camera to the right for each click. This might be the only thing happening and when combined with rotating using the middle mouse and shift it makes for an uncontrollable mess.

**EDIT: It turns out that clicking with the middle mouse centers the view on that point. How do I disable this (it never did it before), because I use the middle wheel to rotate and pan. This means almost every time i release the middle mouse it centers on that point. The only times it doesnt center is when I hold the button for a second or two, and quite frankly I rotate and pan alot faster than that.

The even stranger part is while it certainly does center the view on the point that i click, it only seems to do it 2/3 ish of the time. Not only is it counter productive and annoying based on how I am used to using the program, but it doesnt even consistently act that way.**

Double-clicking with the mouse wheel centers on that location. Maybe your mouse is malfunctioning?

      Hi

Yeah, I just figured that out actually 😄
It is indeed a double click, and I think something was causing it to register as a double click.

At any rate, it seems to have stopped now, a fact I am grateful for.
Thanks for the reply at any rate. Now I think I'm off to figure out what was causing it to read any sort of contact with the scroll wheel as a double click.
