here's one with the side table in the open position ( in case anyone was wondering why the table top is made of two pieces 😉 )

Gidon - much appreciated. These furniture models will come in very handy - especially the coffee table. Love those legs!

            Gidon, those are very nice.

Can I make a couple of observations (he asks without getting an answer)?

The Old World Coffe Table, the top is off center. Nit picky I know.
Also, when I have a table like that, or anything textured or colored dark I always change the back surface color to a dark one so you don't see the blue (or whatever) bleeding through at the corners. Rotate around the legs on this table and you will see what I mean. Then change the background color dark and go again.

            Cheers.

                Eric - It's called anal. 😉

. . . from another sufferer . . . I tried your suggestion about getting rid of the white bleeding through but it didn't work for me.

I get rid of this problem by painting the other side of the faces with a similar colour to the front face. It's easy if you position the model so that clipping occurs and you can see the internal faces and then 'ctrl + Paint'.

Bernard, the process I suggested is the same except with fewer steps. Just change the back color to match or close to the texture on the front. No painting necessary. That is unless you have the front color inside or a paint color or texture inside.

Eric - As I said, I did this and I could still see the bleeding . . . or is this another 'senior moment'? 😕

Hmmmmm. See images for what I did. The only thing I changed was the back face color.

Also, I am sorry if I seemed a bit argumentative... not the case. Just trying to help.

                      Default Blue Background.

We were at cross purposes here Eric. I thought you meant the 'background colour' when you said 'back surface colour'. We were talking about the same thing - the back face colour.

I think it was another 'senior moment'.

There was I madly painting the background dark brown. [smilie with crossed eyes and a stupid smirk]

Back color... I should have said back face. I apologize 😳

I gotta tell you guys, I've never zoomed in that close when doing a presentation and the slight blue flickering never seemed to bother anyone. I assumed folks put it down to a monitor resolution issue.
Now you've got me thinking maybe they were saying to themselves:
"Poor kid. He don't know no better. We'll just nod and let out a couple of "ooohs" and "aaaaahs" so's we don't hurt his feelings. Lets just get on with it. When's lunch?"

If you don't know where you're going, you're never going to get there.
