Eliminating the Background?
-
Hello,
I would like to be able to print out orthographic views with dimensions (I'm doing this now, but the background provides visual clutter). I'd like to be able to eliminate the background - no sky, no horizon, et cetera.
Is there a way to do this?
Thanks,
GT

Hi,
Open the Styles dialog. Select the Edit tab. Push the Background icon. Untick Sky and Ground, and set the Background colour to white (or whatever you like)

White is the best choice for nothing to print at all for sure - from native SU.
Also set white (after setting everything Anssi said) if you want to have a transparent (i.e. NO) background in LayOut (provided you are using it).

This is very good info - I tried it & it's just what I needed - THANKS!
