Need to release licenses from computer with no access

Hi,
Is there a way to release my licenses from a computer which i dont have access anymore.
I have a previous computer which I activated the Fredo license. not i am using a different computer but forgot to release the license from the previous computer.
Is there a way to release those licenses from the old computer?
