Leader text location in space

When I draw leader text, it appears as if I'm drawing in the plane of the current view , but in actuality I'm drawing somewhere randomly in space. Let's say I'm in front view and draw a circle. How do I draw leader text in in the plane of the circle?

@llaves there isn't a way to do that in SketchUp. As you orbit the camera the text will rotate to face the camera. Set up the text so it's in the desired location for a scene. Or add the labels in LayOut instead.

@Dave-R - I was coming to that conclusion. I already observed that the text will face the camera, but with the text at seemingly random positions in space, the relative positions shift as you rotate. As to labeling in Layout, I'm trying to call out radii of circles, and we already know this is a gap in the Layout tools, or so I think from what I can find in the forums.

@llaves yes, dimensioning radii in LayOut needs to be added. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Currently I just use a label for that in LayOut. It works well enough. You could put in temporary radius/diameter dimensions in SketchUp and give them a tag which you can turn off in LayOut once you placed the labels.

Doing this also makes it easier to maintain consistency in the appearance of dimensions in LayOut. It's a pain at best to combine dimensions and leader text from SketchUp with dimensions and labels in LayOut.
