Toposhaper Non Planar Points

Hi!
Have been using Toposhaper without issues for a few projects but am running into an issue now saying that points are not planar for a new project.
Is this an issue within Sketchup or an issue with the survey point cloud and the respective csv file?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This looks like an issue with your set of points.
I would need to see the model to troubleshoot.
