Fredo Tools on Surface not functional

I've been using TOS for years. Now on a new machine.
The toolbar is available, the extension is loaded. I have downloaded the latest from SUC.
In drilling down into the product literature, I see that there is licensing after the trial period. Earlier this year I purchased the license bundle which included Tools On Surface and Topo Shaper. TopoShaper works, TOS partially works. I cannot get the 2D LineStyle tool to function.Most importantly, I halve downloaded all the licenses from SUC, but nowhere do I see in Tools, Extensions or anywhere else, Fredo's instructions for applying the licensing. Maybe it's not recognizing my license and will only give me limited use?
How do I apply licenses?
Any help would be appreciated. -
Aha- well, I still don't understand how the licensing works...but restarting SketchUp made the latest toolbar available. And it appears there is NO 2D LINE STYLE tool!
I used this a lot to make dashed and centerlines with thickness and color- out of groups of single lines.. Is this part of the extension gone???
