Fredo convexify error for some models

Hello,
I am trying to convexify a pretty a CAD file using Fredo tools but I get this error always. Please let me know what has to be done to overcome this. This happens with files exported from Fusion 360 or other CAD softwares to stl imported into sketchup or direct export from Fusion 360 to sketchup file. Please look at the attached image.

I sugest you post te model. Otherwise difficult to tell what is the issue.
