Topo Shaper Skirt

Is there a way to adjust the topo shaper skirt? I would like to remove the bottom half of the skirt shown in this screen shot but it seems to be one volume. Thanks

Assuming you've set up the model correctly the terrain with the skirt should be a solid object. Make a solid object of the cutting shape and then use Subtract from the Solid Tools to cut the terrain with the cutting shape.
What version of SketchUp are you using now?
