Too bad it does not support SketchUp (.skp) files. Looks like it could be a neat application.

Yes but with free PconPlanner it's some easy to transform any skp format in FBX for example!

Universal importer will bring fbx into Sketchup.
Reducing the fil will possibly be a problem so I don't use that part of the plugin.
