since its b&w, just a butcher knife on the floor - clean - with a rag which looks like it has some dark stains on it...

Glenn, not sure if there was a question in your post but Box is on point…. Bloody handprint on bathroom door blood on and around the knife the rest B&W….. Could have done better with the stains on the knife maybe….. just having a little fun
