How to download bought items

I few days ago I bought some texture collections on this site. I paid for it via Paypall. But I couldn't find any possibility to download anything. Also I didn't get any mail about it. Nobody to reach. Who can tell me what to do now ???

Hi,
We send all download links to the email address associated to PayPal account. If that is different to the email you created an account here please check both the inbox and spam folder in that account.
If it is the same please have a look in the spam folder also.
The system sends out the download links pretty quickly after a successful purchase so I think your email account may be blocking us. Worth checking Spam to be sure.
Otherwise send an email to support@sketchucation.com and we'll get it sorted.
