Still... there is something not quite right about it.

The most unrealistic thing is the ceiling lamp. Use some non reflexive material on those hanging things. Also, it is a bright day, and the lamps should be off or offer just a bit of light. All the light should come from the big open window!!
Reduce the bumpiness of the floor and the reflexivity of the walls.
The chimney stone should be a bit bigger and not that repetitive.

Nice! I like this one much better, though I'd still want to see "some" light from the fixtures and and reflected light around the fire box.
