How to unfold a model?

I'd like to unfold a model so I can cut it out and tape it together to make a physical version. I've found tutorials for the "Flattery" and "Unwrap and Flatten Faces" extensions, but the former isn't available in the Extensions Warehouse, and the latter comes with a warning that it isn't compatible with my OS or Sketchup version (Win10 x64 and v21 Pro). Any suggestions? Thanks.

Quite right, the former isn't in the Extension Warehouse, it is however in the Plugin Store right here at Sketchucation.
