Joint Push Pull User Error with the Random Feature

hello,This is likely a rookie mistake, but I clearly can't use the Joint Push Pull extension while using the random feature correctly.
My first problem is the random heights go below the face. Problem two is the multiple offsets on the buildings. Both of these problems occur using the JPP.
Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks!
