[Inquiry] Texture automatically gets randomize/ distorted

Hi everyone,
Happy 2021 to all!
I've noticed this bug since the old version of sketchup, now I'm using 2020 Pro, but still getting this random behaviour of texture. Please see the screenshot below. It seems like the texture automatically reverts to random /unedited version after exiting the component edit.
Anybody figured out how to fix this?Thanks!
