SKALP issues

Hi sketchucation community
Anyone else having issues with SKALP (sketchup pro 2019 and 2020 versions mac) and not getting any feedback / support from them?
I should prob be more precise in explaining what issues I am experiencing. I will do, but would firstly highly appreciate if anyone knows whether SKALP gives them support lately and are still operational? If so, how to get hold of Guy at the SKALP TEAM.
I have sent several emails and left msg's on their site as well - desperate with zero feedback for months and a plugin that i really want to get working for me.

I contacted them last in May and they were quick to respond (as usual). Did you try the support email: support@skalp4sketchup.com?

Hi. I too sent numerous emails to Skalp about 2 months ago & never had a reply. I gave up on this extension & ended up acquiring the CURIC section extension which seems to be a simpler & yet very effective way of creating hatching on section surfaces.

I used SKALP as well in the past, ran into some issues that made me try the CURIC extension as well, sticking with that one for the time being even though I kinda miss the reverse line projection (dashed lines) of SKALP.
