Hi, I am designing a lamp. It will be cut from 18mm hoop pine plywood. I am designing the profile but have a question if there are any CNC plywood cutting experts here.
On the attached drawing I have 2 arrows pointing to the internal radius the blue arrow is a zero rad which is not possible with a cutting bit.The red arrow shows it with a 6mm rad, which I do not like, so the smaller the rad the better. cutting bits can have a minimum of 1.5mm Dia but I am sure that would deflect and break. Long story but I cannot ask the guy who will be doing the cutting as he is not contactable for a week
What is the smallest recomended bit size to do the job? I know people are going to suggest using lazer but the discolouration caused by the lazer is not doable due to the discolourisation.

Feed rate and cut depth are what is important. It they feed rate is slowed a smaller diameter is possible.
