Multiple camera/scenes creation on a cad plan

i've a big plan and need to place 100 cameras, so 100 different scenes, from which render 360° panoramic view and then build a 360 virtual tour.
There is a rapid way to place various camera/scenes from top view, or perpective, but with a simple place click/ or scene creation? This because i have precise position from every render, and manual camera placement will be imprecise and time consuming..
