Profile Builder 3 Install Problems

I have purchased the new Profile Builder 3 and have downloaded the .rbz file. It shows up in my extension manager, it's enabled and it appears to be installed. I can't get it to show up in my extensions tab nor in my tool bars. What am I missing??

Have you closed and restarted SU?

Yes, in fact I just restarted my entire computer. I'm in conversations with Dale. None of this is making any sense. Thanks for the input.

Is this also a new SU installation? What I want to get to is if you installed SU correctly, strange things happen when SU isn't installed correctly. Fortunately installing it correctly is a simple task.
