      Hi There,

      I am struggling with this.

      I have a saved component (A.skp) that contains a series of nested components (B + C + D) in SKP Model01.
I edit component (B) inside component (A) and then re-save component (A.skp) and open a different SKP file: SKPModel02 that also contains component (A). This new file also contains other instances of component (B) which are not nested within component (A).
When I reload the updated component (A.skp) to the new SKP file it updates component (A) as it should but component (B) becomes component (B#1) and I am left with non-updated instances of component (B) in the model.
I guess I could save out component (B) as a file - but as a process this would include thousands of files fo every individual component all needing to be manually updated.

So basically, how can I reload an updated component (A) in a way that it will recognise that nested components (B) have been updated and update all instances of component (B) in the relevant model?

I think that's as simple as I can put it?

      many thanks

      Ben
