New Recovered file system.

I find when SkecthUp 2019 crashes. I can open my file and get the message " newer recovered file etc." If I modify that file then close, the next time I open the file from "recents" I get the same message. However the "recovered file" is NOT newer than the modified file.
And on subsequent opening of the file, SketchUp keeps offering you a recovered file that is NOT newer--until you change the name of the file.
