JHS power bar doesn't load in sketchup 2019

Since i install the 2019 sketchup version, my JHS powerbar (2.4) is not working anymore
I try uninstall it and re install, but still, is not there and i do have a message when sketchup is loading about it.
Is any one have solve this ?sorry for my english i am a french speaking person.
