SketchUp won't start!

When my customer tries to input the serial number and license etc on this link:

https://www.sketchup.com/products/sketchup-pro/new-in-2018

He gets the message "We're making some changes"

Anyone else having license installation issues?
Zere are still some architectes zat do not know ow to use ze SketchUp..... Zis is unbelievable....
