[Plugin][$] Ambient Occlusion Style

Fake ambient occlusion in SketchUp by applying different colors for concave and convex edges which can be customized in the material editor. By default, the concave material is dark to make the edge look like a shadow and the convex edges are painted white to give a highlight effect.

When the tool is activated all the convex edges are hidden but another tool button is provided to easily toggle hidden geometry on and off so you can unhide the convex edges you want.

Also, three pages are created with different edge widths so you can pick your favorite.
