Quad face tool doent work when try to import .obj file

Quad face tool doesnt work when try to open .obj file. I install tt lib. The first three times works properly, then it stop works importing .obj files.If Anyone has an idea wht happens, please, let me know. (I try re install but doent works) I use su make 2015, and2017
