Bezier curve with mirror

Is there such a thing as a bezier curve with mirror.
By mirror, I mean adjusting one side of the curve and the other half side
automatically follows the same curve. -
You might need to explain what you need a bit more to get a fully answer.
But in it's most basic form you can make your bezier a component mirror it.

I guess you are really asking , how do I draw symmetric bezier curves?
The best option is to create a formwork for the curve so you can add the control points at very specific points.
