Plugin to organise plugins

Hi Guys, could anybody come up with a solution to handle plugins.
I use over 60-70 plugins which probably have more than 100 icons. Its a real mess.
There should be some way to shorten the toolbar when not in use. Sometimes we may not use a toolbar for months but it keeps occupying the real estate on the screen. There should be a plugin which can abridge the Toolbars to their first icon.
And probably give some more functionalities......Pritam
