Trying to connect 2 different shaped splines

I have no idea how to word what I'm trying to do, so please bare with me. I downloaded some free templates for a prop gun as .pdf's. Imported them, got everything laid out like I'm wanting. The problem is, these were meant as 2d guides and do the rest of the work physically. I can push/pull a face and get a 90 edge, but I want to bevel/round the edge to look a little more organic without redrawing a lot of it.

I attached a screenshot that should help illustrate what I'm working with.

For a Push Pull Multiple see Fredo6
Push Pull your face(s) and apply Round corners by Fredo 6!

Sorry it took me a few days to get back. Round corners seems to be working, but I have to do a lot of redrawing.
