If I cannot use one of the normal views....
-
Let say I have a hexagon shape building and I need a perpendicular view of one of the sides, the basic front , back, right and left are not good, I tried to change the axes system but it's still referring to the original one....how can I change that?
Thanks

Right click on the face you want and select Align View.

Right click on one of the faces then select 'Align view' from the drop down. Then change the view to 'Parallel projection' from the 'camera' tab at top of screen. Then a good idea to save that view as a scene, 'View>Animation>Add scene' ,then you can go back to it easily. Do same for each angled face if needed.
