The models are from TF3DM (totally free 3d models) i just rebuild the textures for maxwell, smooth the geometry etc and set up the scene.The water is a texture on a plane in this view and i used a physical sky for lighting rather than HDR as in the other views. These renders are super fast to complete, compared to my usual more complex archviz scenes. Thanks for the comment Hornoxx.
