Select and Move Tools combined into one

Is there a way to combine Select and Move tools into one single tool?
Functionality would be as usual, icon might be Select's. In my opinion, that would increase efficiency.

Don't preselected and the move tool will select and move.

Ah! Ok, was a stupid question. Apparently I am still dependent on the way 2D programs work usually (select is moving, too). I'll look into how to change the move icon to an arrow, then
