How to set default collada export unit?

By default, when exporting something as a 3D object as a Collada (.DAE) file, Sketchup exports it with the units set to inches. It includes the following line:
<unit meter="0.0254000" name="inch" />
Is there a way to set it to use meters or millimeters? Thanks!
