Simple roof plugin? Looking for instant roof alternative...

I finally upgraded to su 2016 from su8. Got all my old fav plugins working except instant roof/instant roof pro which is not compatible.
Vali released Instant Roof Nui as a replacement which does way more than I need, and I wouldn't mind buying it if it was a one time $40 purchase but I do not like and will not do the yearly subscription model they now switched to for it.
Anything other good options for roof building?

I don't know of anything that will build the entire roof for you (as in: trusses, purlins / battens, roof covering, etc.) but the following is a good place to start:

i don't need trusses or anything- just exteriors only. Just something to pop on quick roofs from a flat surface.
