How to write with SKPMake2015 pls?

Since I have SKP2015 I don't find the tool for write on a component/form

thanksView>Toolbars..>Construction to turn on the Toolbar containing Text and 3D Text.
Both Text and 3D Text should be on the Tools menu.

I found it. My toolbar wasen't complete in fact.
