Error Installing plugin SectionCutFace
-
I've installed the plug in SectionCutFace. The SectionCutFace.rb file is extracted in the folder Plugins. So far everything is OK. But when opening the SketchUp program I get the following error message:
Error Loading File SectionCutFace.rb
(eval):63:in `require': uninitialized constant SketchupExtension::TIG::SectionCutFace::FOLDERHelp! How can I fix it?

div@otark.se[/quote]That isn't the entire error message. I think you've left out the important part.
Which Plugins folder did you put it in? How did you go about installing it?

I get the same error message:
Error Loading File SectionCutFace.rb
(eval):63:in `require': uninitialized constant SketchupExtension::TIG::SectionCutFace::FOLDERI did put the plugin in the plugin-folder.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

Are you using SU8 maintenance release 1 (or later)? If so then you no longer have to manually copy scripts to folders, you go to preferences>extensions (or plugins, cannot remember what it was called then) and install it from there. This makes sure the installation goes as intended.
