The model is as accurate as you could have made it, I fired one a few times when in the training regiment in Yorkshire, if you take a look at the Sterling MK IV which I had as a personal weapon at the time you will see where the development went. Colour/texture wise it is a bit more difficult as the blueing tends to show where at the high and constant contact points like magazine handling and trigger area. Still worth a 9 out of ten any time of the day or week.
