Open HTML page at each function change

Hi all,

I'm a beginner in Sketchup and start learning about this great tool. However, since I've installed the software, each time I'm clicking on a function, to draw a rectangle, create guides with the meter tool or anything else, Sketchup is opening a web page to provide me information on the tool or function I'm using. It's very anoying, as I need to close that page and gets back to sketchup at every click in the software...
Before it was just opening a pop-up asking to download or open an html file.. I've clicked open and don't ask again, and now it directly open within web browser.

Does anyone have experienced that before ?
I'm looking in something to deactivate in the help menu, but didn't find anything..?

not sure why it's going wrong, but it's the Instructor...

If you try turning it off and on it Default Tray, it may stop opening in your browser...
