Problem after changing graphics card

Hi everybody !
I have bought a new 4K monitor and realized that my graphics card does not support 4K. So I bought a new graphics card and now I can enjoy the stunning clarity of 4K resolution. But I have a big problem. When I draw a line, it takes 2 or 3 seconds before it appears. Anybody have an idea of what it could be ???Thanks a lot!!!
